Moses was humble, as God had designated him a position of honor. If this Biblical legend still felt the need to put heart and soul behind a prayer, imagine the implications that has for us.

I’m still learning what my “job description” as a Christian is—but God has already written it. Psalm 8 reminds me of how small I am compared to Him, yet He still cares for me. In this post, I share a personal conviction and how it revealed the bigger picture: my job is to trust and follow God’s plan instead of trying to make my own. When we obey His guidance, the weight of conviction lifts, and we experience true freedom in Him.

As I was driving to work this morning, it started pouring. You know how symbolically rain can signify God’s presence? It was as if God was telling me, “Yes, that was all me.”

I’ll start calling it a “break” instead of a “breakup” because I’m saying yes to any opportunity to see my European friends again unless my good and gracious Lord calls me elsewhere. God definitely compelled me to go this first time, and it’s become one of my most remarkable spiritual experiences.
